Submissions will be received based on the following criteria:

• The Demonstration of how the organisation and/or activity encourages positive change within the community.
• A strategic, well though out approach to implementing the proposal.
• A vision for long-term, positive development.
• Carillon City's potential ongoing relationship with joint sponsors.
• The organisation's accountability to Carillon City.
