Centre Management Location	The centre management office is located on Level 15, Carillon City Office Tower and is open Monday to Fridays from 8.30am to 5.15pm
Gift Vouchers	Gift vouchers can be purchased from the centre management office in any denomination that is a multiple of $5. Gift Vouchers are presented in a gift wallet and you will be provided a receipt. Gift Vouchers can only be paid for in cash. Gift Vouchers will be accepted at any store within Carillon City.
Lost and Found	Is located in the Centre Management Office.
Wheelchairs and Prams	Wheelchairs and Prams are available from Citiplace Rest Centre located in the City Railway Station Complex in the Upper Level Walkway, Corner of Barrack and Wellington Street. Wheelchair hire is available at $5.50 per day with a $10 bond and stroller hire is available at $7 per day with a $10 deposit. Citiplace Rest Centre contact number is 9229 2989.
Public Toilets and Parents Rooms	Carillon has new male, female and disabled toilets and parent rooms located on the Murray Street level between Flight Centre and Aspec Auto as well as on the Upper Hay level near Level 3 Eatery.
Banking	Carillon has ANZ, BankWest, Commonwealth Bank, National Australia Bank and Westpac ATM’s.
Currency Exchange	Nationwide Currency exchange is located on the Murray Street Mall.

Taxi’s and Cab Spot locations	There are a number of taxi ranks close to Carillon City including ones on William Street, Hay Street and at the Perth Train Station.
Public Telephones	Public telephones are located on Murray Street level near Napoli Gelateria and on Upper Hay Street level next to Western Hearing.
Photocopying	Photocopying can be purchased from the Centre Management Office at 10c per page for an A4 copy or 20c per page for an A3 copy.
Australia Post Postbox	The Australia Post post box is located outside the Australia Post store on the Murray Street mall.
How to get to Carillon City	By Bus: Carillon City is approximately 5 minutes walk from the City Busport. By Train: Carillon City is approximately 1 minute walk from Murray Street Mall entrance of the Perth Underground Station. By Car: There are various car parking facilities around the Perth CBD, all close to Carillon City.
