1. Terms & Conditions for ‘Win His & Hers TAG Heuer Watches’ giveaway 1. This promotion is organised by Hawaiian Investments Pty Ltd ABN: 48 786 157 513 (‘Carillon City’) Ground Floor, 235 St Georges Terrace, Perth WA 6000.
2. To be entered into the draw, you must either log on to the competition page at inmycommunity.com.auand print out the competition coupon and drop it into the competition entry barrels located at Carillon City and/or fill out the original entry coupons available in ishoperth and your local Community Newspaper and drop it into the competition entry barrels at Carillon City, from 8:00am Tuesday 31 January 2012 until 5:00pm Sunday 19 February 2012. Entry is limited to one coupon per person, per promotional week.
3. The Promoter reserves the right to review all entries for appropriate content, and disqualify an entry not deemed suitable. The Promoters decision is final, and no questioning will be entered into.
4. By submitting your entry you give permission for Carillon City to publish your details and photo in suitable publications, should you be the winner of this competition.
5. Employees and their immediate families of Carillon City and the agencies associated with this promotion, Carillon City retailers and their employees and immediate families are ineligible to enter.
6. The prize is the winner’s choice of male and female TAG Heuer watches currently available from Mazzucchelli’s Hay Street, Carillon City, to the maximum combined value of $10,000. Cash nor credit will be remitted to the winner should their selection of watches fall under the $10,000 maximum benchmark.
7. Entry coupons are available in the all editions of the Community Newspaper and ishoperth from 31/01/2012 to 19/02/2012.
8. The winner will be drawn at random on Monday 20/02/2012 at 12:00 noon. The winner will be notified by phone and mail. The winners name will be published on the Carillon City website, Facebook page and on Twitter @CarillonCity1.
9. The total prize pool has a maximum value of $10,000.
10. Carillon City shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered whatsoever (including, but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
11. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions to address any misinterpretation, misinformation or misunderstanding that may arise in the application of these terms and conditions, as is permitted by law.
13. Participation in the competition constitutes an acceptance of these terms and conditions.
